A walk among the spring fever trends When design encourages you to daydream!
Opening your windows to see spring has sprung, with all its amazing colours. Enjoying the fresh air, the multi-coloured blooms and nature reawakening after winter… This is an experience you can now enjoy at home too thanks to the 2021 spring furniture trends: a riot of bright colours, which brings to mind the feelings of a relaxing walk outdoors. From yellow to grey, rust and green, through to coral red: this season’s trends accommodate all styles. Let’s discover them together!
This year, Pantone has picked two trendy hues to be mixed together for some mesmerising effects: Illuminating yellow and Ultimate grey. A truly I-M-P-E-C-C-A-B-L-E duo!
After all, what is more energy-packed than a bright yellow hue, the epitome of spring and appreciated all over the world for its positive vibes? Its several different shades – from strong hues such as mustard to sunny dandelions which cover the fields in Val di Non like a blanket – and ultimate grey create attractive compositions for the kitchen, living room and bathroom. The modern Dandy Plus solutions in Mustard Yellow and Flint Grey are a breath of fresh air and freedom, perfectly in keeping with spring!
The Office Spaces available in the Formalia model play with colour, to create astonishing combinations to be shown off like works of art! The brand new Formalia model offers unprecedented colours inspired by this spring’s interior design trends. First and foremost, Rust: a warm hue that stands out in the office space of the Status Wall System with matt lacquered open-fronted elements and drawers, and laminate desk top and wall panel. Rust also stands out to perfection in monochrome items of furniture such as the dressers with knurled aluminium feet for the hallway or living room. The charm of nature runs through every item of furniture with Formalia!
Close your eyes and imagine crossing a lawn filled with blooming flowers, listening to water trickling along a stream and hearing the rustling of leaves in nearby trees. Whether the setting is the charming Aymerich park in Sardinia, the Furlo valley in the heart of the Marche region of Italy or – for the most fortunate – their own back garden, the predominant colour is usually green this time of the year. And yet there are many different shades of green! The 2021 spring interiors trends also come in various shades, playing with hues that draw their inspiration from nature.
First and foremost Tempera Green. A typical colour at spring time, which easily catches the eye on clothing and even on interiors. Ideal for both small and large items of furniture fitted on the wall, such as this cupboard from the Diesel Social Kitchen model.
A darker and more intense hue is Mineral Green which perfectly matches wood effect finishes, as in this LiberaMente kitchen. The colour offered on the base units and tall units, together with Garden Walnut decorative melamine with its vertical grain, recalls the charm of a walk in the woods and the feeling of how immense the world around us is provided by the leafy foliage of trees.
In the same hues, green also makes a come-back to the Juno bathroom model in the Mineral Green version. A stylish offering where colour settles shyly, in a harmonious whole without excess and with a sophisticated look.
Just like when the azaleas bloom in the Romantic Garden of Villa Carlotta, in Tremezzina (CO), coral colour gets a footing on the doors and details of kitchens, living rooms and bathrooms in the Dandy Plus model.
A bright, pop splash of unique intensity embellishes the modern items of furniture: from the controls on the hob and taps, to the details of the Task Bar and the recycled plastic handles. And even on monochrome wall units and base units! The White Plus and Coral Red version of the Dandy Plus compositions brings evergreen spring to the minimal interiors of the entire home.
